 Sevgili okuyan ve kendim, Geçen sene ve bu zamanlarda yine buralardaydım ve geri döndüğümü söylemiştim... ama bakalım ne olmuş dönmemişim. Sanırım blog yazmak için yeterince kalbimi açmamışım.. kaçmış, saklanmış ve görmezden gelmişim... Şimdi geride bırakırken bir yılı 34 yaşım ne çok da yıpranarak geçmiş aslında... Pandemi hepimizi yıprattı Gizem dediğini duyuyorum aslında... ama ben şu an belki de hayatımda ilk kez kendi kalbimi önceliklendirmeye karar verdim. Herkes kendi yarasını sarsın bu kez. Çünkü ben başka yaraları sarmayı kendi acılarımdan kaçmak için de kullandım... Hep derim... Hayatımıza giren insanların hep bir sebebi vardır. Spiritüel dünyaya inanırım ben. Tesadüfler tesadüf değildir. Hayatıma kim girmişse elbet vardır sebebi ve ben ve siz umarım o sebebi görebilmiş ve yolunuza katkıda bulunmasına izin vermişsinizdir... Peki bu dönem benim hayatımda neler oldu. Kalbimi açmaya karar verdim... Terapi dediğimiz şey büyüleyici bir şey... Eğer doğru kişiyi rehber edinmişseniz

Aniden Uyanırsın Bazı Geceler...

...Bazen top atsalar uyanmazsın, bazen de bir şey olur ve bir anda uyanıverirsin uykunun en tatlı yerinden. Ufacık bir ses, bir nefes uyandırır seni ya da kalbinin çarpışı... ...Nefes alamadığını fark eder nefes almaya çalışırsın... çalıştıkça nefessiz kalır, nefessiz kaldıkça bocalarsın... ...Tam o anda aklından neler geçer insanın... - en sevdikleri, - aşkı...aşkları... - ölüm, - yaşam... ...ne hisseder peki... - korku, - heyecan, - sevgi, - panik... Bir anda uyanırsın bazen ufacık bir sese... minicik bir ışığa... saatlerce uyuyamazsın sonra... konuşmak istersin durmadan... bir yandan da delice susmak... Sessiz değilim aslında, sevdiklerim sesime sağır bu günlerde... Aniden uyandım bu gece... Aylarca içimde kalan suskun çığlıklarımla... Nefes alamadım önce... Şaşırdım... Bir an kendim geldim aklıma, nasıl oldu da bu hale geldim dedim... Nefes alamam sandım bi daha... sakinleştim... Konuştum sonra... Sanki hiç susmamış gibi... Sanki hiç kanamamış gibi... Sanki hiç
